FSG employs a unique method of marketing its services

FSG does not advertise its business and services publicly. Instead, FSG opts to capitalize on the benefits of anonymity for a service provider whose business it is to gather intelligence under circumstance of the inherent confidential relationship its has with its clients:

	No client will be used as a reference for a potential client without the expressed permission of that existing client of FSG
	The only office of FSG that is accessible to clients - and for which an address is advertised - is the Durban head office of FSG. The location of satellite offices in other cities is not disclosed.

To market its business and services FSG has created databases of the names and email addresses of two groups nationally:

	Legal practitioners
	Business owners/managers

Once a month FSG addresses an email containing various marketing material to these databases

Once a month FSG addresses Willem Jardine's Investigator's Diary (see An Investigator's Diary) to these databases

All emails of a marketing nature comply with legislative requirements for unsolicited email:

	FSG is mindful of the intrusive, annoying nature of unsolicited email
	FSG undertakes to never clutter your inbox with useless, unnecessary rubbish
